ORDER Granting Final Approval of Class Action Settlement (ECF No. 49 ); Granting Motion for Attorneys' Fees, Costs, and Incentive Award (ECF No. 47 ); Judgment and Order of Dismissal: The Court Orders that payments be made to the Settlement Cla ss Members out of the $550,000 Settlement Fund. The Court Grants the application presented by Class Counsel for an award of attorneys' fees in the amount of $165,000 and reimbursement of litigation costs in the amount of $19,295. 67. The Court hereby Approves the application for a Class Representative incentive award in the amount of $5,000 to Plaintiff William Beckman. The parties are hereby Ordered to comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. This action, inc luding the claims alleged in the complaint filed with this action, is hereby Dismissed with prejudice, each side to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, except as provided by the Settlement Agreement and this Order. Without affecting the finality of this Order, the Court retains jurisdiction of all matters relating to the interpretation, administration, implementation, effectuation, and enforcement of this Order and the Settlement.
