In the e vent that the Effective Date does not occur, certification shall be automatically vacated and this Final Order, the Final Order Approving Attorneys' Fees and Expenses and Incentive Award, and the accompanying Final Judgment, and all other orders entered and releases delivered in connection herewith, shall be vacated and shall become null and void.
