IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice as to all of Plaintiffs' individual claims against all of the Defendants, including Plaintiffs' individual claims pursuant to the California Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (PAGA), and without prejudice as to any and all PAGA claims putatively brought on behalf of any putative aggrieved employees other than Plaintiffs BROWNING and SANCHEZ.
