ORDER Granting 4 Plaintiff's Motion to Amend and Remand. The Court grants Plaintiff leave to amend her Complaint to substitute Christine Loughridge for Defendant Jane "Doe." Plaintiff shall file her First Amended Complaint to that effect on or before July 28, 2017.
