ORDER - The Court GRANTS Grimm's Motion to Dismiss 37 and GRANTS in Part and DENIES in Part the California Defendants' Motion to Dismiss 42 . Specifically, the Court concludes that it lacks personal jurisdiction over Grimm, Hanser, Cormi er, Merritt, QuanTech, and Smirnov. It DISMISSES Counts I and II of the First Amended Complaint for failure to state a claim. The Court further DISMISSES any statutory state consumer fraud claims Catlin brings pursuant the law of any state other than Indiana and California for lack of standing. Finally, the Court ORDERS the parties to SHOW CAUSE within twenty-one (21) days why the remaining claims should not be remanded to state court because the action no longer meets the amount in controversy requirement, stripping this Court of subject matter jurisdiction.
