FINAL JUDGMENT... defendants and their officers, agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and all persons in active concert or participation with them, who receive actual notice of this order, are permanently enjoined and restrained from advertising, promoting, offering for sale, selling, marketing, printing, publishing, manufacturing, distributing, transporting, delivering, and taking any other action in connect with selling or re-selling any work that is copied from, substantially similar to or adapted from the Aramaic-English Interlinear New Testament: Volume III, Hebrews-Revelation or any component part thereof unless it contains the following statement... this order will be deemed to have been served upon the parties to this action at the time of its entry by the court. ORDER... that: At 9:00 a.m. on September 9, 2009, the parties and their respective lead counsel shall meet in the court's alternate jury room on the fourth floor of the United States Courthouse, Fort Worth, Texas, face to face to discuss settlement of this action...
