MINUTE ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED that this case is referred to the Circuit Executive Mediation Program for a period beginning on the date of this Order and ending on July 13, 2020. It is further ORDERED that: (1) the parties shall contact Carolyn Lerner, the Chief Circuit Mediator, on or before May 15, 2020, to schedule a mediation as soon as the schedules of the parties and the mediator permit; (2) the parties shall jointly file a status report with the Court by July 14, 2020, to update the Court on the progress of the mediation, unless a stipulation of dismissal pursuant to FRCP 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) is filed before that time; and (3) the parties shall appear for a post-mediation status conference on July 16, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 11.
