OPINION AND ORDER that Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Remand 6 is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending Transfer to MDL No. 2197 5 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. It is DENIED to the extent it requests this Court not to consider Plaintiff's Motion to Remand prior to the MDL Transfer.
