Filing 214 ORDER AND OPINION. Plaintiff Ayotunda Lovett's Objections 202 to the R&R are DENIED AS MOOT. Defendants SJAC Fulton IND I, LLC and SJAC Food Groups, LLC's Objections 203 to the R&R are SUSTAINED with respect to whether SJAC Food Groups was Plaintiffs employer under the FLSA. They are DENIED AS MOOT with respect to whether Plaintiff was exempt under the FLSA. Magistrate Judge Justin S. Anand's May 2, 2016, Report and Recommendation 200 is ADOPTED with respect to Plaintiffs FLSA claim against SJAC Fulton IND and Plaintiffs Title VII claims. It is NOT ADOPTED with respect to Plaintiffs FLSA claim against SJAC Food Groups. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 163 is GRANTED.
