OPINION AND ORDER that Defendants Chris Wilson and Pete Smith's Motion to Dismiss Complaint or Motion to Transfer Venue 4 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Complaint for improper venue is DENIED. De fendants Motion to Transfer Venue is GRANTED. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's claims against Defendants in their official capacities is GRANTED.
