Specifically, the Court GRANTS Defendant summaryjudgment on P laintiffs claims regarding (1) the absence of above-groundsignage, (2) the absence of marked accessible pathways across vehiculartraffic lanes, and (3) the existence of a discriminatory policy toward thedisabled; and the Court GRANTS Plaintiff summar y judgment on his claimsregarding (1) excessively sloped parking spaces and access aisles, (2) theimproper distribution of parking spaces, and (3) non-compliant curb rampsat two locations. With regard to the claims on which Plaintiff is grantedsummar y judgment, the Court DECLARES that the conditions at Defendants shopping center violate Title III of the ADA and ORDERS Defendant to alterits facilities to bring them into compliance with the law as soon aspracticable. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to enter final judgment accordingly.
