Filing 4 WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable Elaine E. Bucklo on 1/26/2011:Plaintiffs motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis 3 is granted. The court authorizes the trust fund officer at Plaintiffs place of confinement to deduct $59.20 from Plaintiffs account, and to continue making deductions in accordance with this order. The clerk shall send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Stateville Correctional Center. The clerk is directed to issue summonses for Defendants Salvad or Godinez and Cook County Jail Division 9 Officers Jones and Russell. The U.S. Marshals Service is appointed to serve these Defendants. The other Defendants are dismissed. The clerk shall send to Plaintiff a magistrate judge consent form and filing instructions along with a copy of this order.
