Filing 124 ORDER granting 91 NCAA's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint - For the reasons detailed herein, the Court GRANTS the NCAA's Motion to Dismiss, dkt. 91 , and DISMISSES Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint WITH PREJUDICE. Gi ven this ruling, the NCAA's Motion for Protective Order, dkt. 114 , and Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Discovery, dkt. 121 , are DENIED AS MOOT. Final judgment shall issue accordingly. (SEE ORDER).
