The Court further finds that Defendants did not breach the terms of either Mr. Panwar's or Mr. Agustin's employment agreements, and did not violate the Indiana Statutory Wage Law. Because Mr. Panwar and Mr. Agustin have not shown that they have any valid claims, the Court need not address the issue of Plaintiffs' standing as to each Defendant.
