ENTRY - Plaintiff Randy Leavitt applied for a period of disability, disability insurance benefits, and supplemental security income under the Social Security Act. The defendant Commissioner of Social Security denied his application and he now invok es judicial review of that decision. The decision of the defendant Commissioner denying Plaintiff's claim for disability benefits will be REVERSED and Plaintiff's claim REMANDED to the Commissioner for reconsideration as explained herein.
