ENTRY ON JUDICIAL REVIEW - The Court's review focuses not on whether Mr. Erwin is disabled, but on whether the ALJ's findings were supported by substantial evidence. The ALJ's opinion incorporated the medical expert's opinion, w hich had been correctly posed to the vocational expert, and did not fail to discuss any substantial evidence. Further, remand is not appropriate in this case because the offered evidence is neither new nor material.
