March 14, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 28 ENTRY on Defendant's Partial Motion to Dismiss - With respect to his Title VII claims, Mr. Macklin failed to exhaust his administrative remedies and has therefore failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Thus, Rolls-Royce's Partial Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 9 ), is GRANTED, and Counts I, III, IV, and VI of Mr. Macklin's Complaint (Dkt. 1) are DISMISSED with prejudice.
