February 4, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 12 ENTRY Dismissing Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence and Denying a Certificate of Appealability - For the reasons discussed in this Entry, the motion of Michael Chew for relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 must be dismissed. In addi tion, the Court finds that a certificate of appealability should not issue.
