(collectively, "Defendants"), attempted to collect a delinquent consumer debt allegedly owed for a CitiFinancial Auto Corporation debt, via the same collection letter, Docket No. 1-3, that Defendants sent to Plaintiff Patty Fosnight, from one year before April 8, 2015.
