Filing 81 Entry Discussing Motion for Summary Judgment - Plaintiff Jonah Long brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that the defendant has violated his First Amendment rights by restricting his right to communicate with his fianc, Ka mi Clemens. The defendant moved for summary judgment and Long has filed a cross motion for summary judgment. For the following reasons, the defendant's motion for summary judgment [dkt 65 ] is granted and Long's cross motion [dkt 69 ] is denied. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue.
