ENTRY - Presently pending before the Court is Mr. Study's motion for time to amend his complaint to add allegations of imminent serious physical injury so that he can proceed under 1915(g)'s exception for such circumstances. This motion [Docket No. 28] is denied for the same reasons the Court denied this request in its Entry dated May 15, 2015. Being ineligible for pauper status, Mr. Study was ordered to pay the balance of the filing fee ($396.00) to proceed with this case. The deadline to do so has now passed, and Mr. Study has not paid the balance of the filing fee. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for failure to pay the filing fee.
