ENTRY and ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Plaintiff Wesley Thompson's renewed motion to proceed in forma pauperis [dkt. 7] is granted. Mr. Thompson's Eighth Amendment claim is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, and the Court will not exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Mr. Thompson's state law negligence claim.
