May 30, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 23 CLOSED - ORDER ON BANKRUPTCY APPEAL - We therefore REVERSE the Bankruptcy Court's grant of injunctive relief against FSSA, to the extent that the court's order enjoined efforts to collect the 2013 HAF. We also REVERSE the Bankruptcy Court&# 039;s entry of judgment against FSSA in the amount of $989,738.78 for amounts withheld by FSSA to satisfy the 2013 HAF obligation. We AFFIRM the order of theBankruptcy Court in all other respects. The matter is REMANDED to the Bankruptcy Court for entry of a judgment consistent with this holding.
