November 24, 2015	Filing 5 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER, 1) finding as moot 4 MOTION for Order requesting the court to obey the law and to require the respondent to answer the petition for writ of habeas corpus 2) clerk shall, by certified mail, send a copy of petition 1 and all attachments and this order to a) respondent, b) Atty Gen c) USAtty 3) w/in 60 dys of entry of this order resp must file a resp no more than 15 pages excluding attachments to petition; resp shall be in the form of a memo addressing the factu al allegations and legal claims contained in petition; a formal motion to dismiss or for s/j is not necessary or appropriate for these proceedings; resp shall also include as attachments any documentary evi relevant either to Embrey's claim or t o her resp 4) Embrey must keep clerk informed of mailing address 5) Embrey must send a copy of every document he files to resp or his attorney and original document files w/court must include statement certifying that he has done so 6) Embrey must c ommunicate with court solely through notices or motions filed w/court; court will disregard correspondence sent directly to Judge's chambers.
