Section 1404(a); the Court ORDERS that AK Steel's 11 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction be TERMINATED AS MOOT and that General Electric Company's 18 Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue and Defendant Siemens Industry, Inc.'s 17 Joinder in Co-Defendant AK Steel Corporation's Motion to Dismiss be DENIED to the extent the motions seek dismissal for improper venue pursuant to 28 U.S. C. Section 1391 and GRANTED to the extent that motions may be construed under 28 U.S.C. Section 1404(a); the Court ORDERS that this matter be TRANSFERRED to the Eastern District of Kentucky.
