MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1) Pltf's motion for reinstatement and interim front pay 292 is DENIED; 2) Deft's motion for judgment as a matter of law 316 is DENIED; 3) Deft's motion for new trial and remittitur 317 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part; 4) Deft's motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ. P. 60(b)(3) 348 is DENIED; 5) Pltf's motion to strike Deft's reply brief 370 is DENIED; 6) The existing judgment against the Deft Zwicker and Associates, PSC, 287 is set aside and held for naught; 7) The Clerk is hereby ordered to enter an amended judgment reflecting a judgment in favor of Pltf Clinton Burton in the amount of $750,000.00 against the Deft Zwicker and Associates, PSC , which includes post judgment interest in the amount of.12% per annum, along with costs; 8) Deft's motion for stay of execution of judgment pending the filing and disposition of post-trial motions and pending appeal 298 is DENIED as moot ; 9) Deft shall promptly re-file any motion for stay of execution of judgment upon the Clerk's entry of the amended judgment; and 10) Pltf shall file a response, if any, to Deft's motion for stay of execution of judgment within 14 days of that motion.
