MEMORANDUM OPINION: Based on fact that pla's EMTALA is unsupported by expert testimony & based on fact that there is no genuine issue of material fact concerning the "independent status" of the physicians at CRMC, the court concludes that dft is entitled to summary judgment on pla's EMTALA claim.
