Filing 5 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: (1)following dfts are DISMISSED, sua sponte, for Pla's failure to exhaust the administrative remedy process: Pla's Constitutional claims pursuant to 28:1331 & dfts Uptagraft, Anderson, & Quinn; (2)Clerk t o prepare & issue summons for the US to respond to 2 Complaint; 3 copies of summons to serve US Atty General, USA for EDKY & Federal Bureau of Prisons; (3)Clerk to prepare copy of Complaint & USM Form 285 & attach to each summons copy; (4)after Cle rk prepares 3 sets of documents, Clerk to hand deliver documents to USM; Clerk to enter a notice of time & fact of delivery into the record; (5)USM to serve one set & this Order on: US Atty General in Washington, D.C., US Atty for the EDKY & Federal Bureau of Prisons, all service to be made by certified mail, return receipt requested; (6)USM to make a return report to Court whether summons is executed or unexecuted w/in 40 days; (7)Pla to keep Clerk informed of her current mailing address. Fa ilure to notify the Clerk of any address change may result in a dismissal of this case. (8)every further pleading or other documents she wishes to submit for consideration by Court, Pla to serve the dft, or, if appearance has been entered by coun sel, upon atty, a copy of pleading or other document; Pla to send original paper to be filed w/Clerk w/certificate stating the date a true & correct copy of the document was mailed to dft or counsel; If a District or Mag Judge receives any document which has not been filed with Clerk or has been filed but fails to include the cert of service of copies, the document will be disregarded by the Court..
