MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Court's June 30, 2009, Memorandum Opinion and Order which determined that Kentucky Processing did not owe quarterly fees to the UST for the quarters in which the bankruptcy case had n ot been converted, dismissed or otherwise closed but in which no disbursements were made is REVERSED.
