November 18, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 62 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: (1) Plas Confederation Life Insurance & Annuity Company and Pacific Life Insurance Company's 42 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. The plas are discharged from liability and from further participation in this action, except for their obligation to make the remaining payments as directed by this and any subsequent Orders. (2) Dft Holly Gallion's 40 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED to the extent that it requests that one-half of the remaining periodic payments be issued to her, but DENIED in all other respects, including her claim to one-half of the $135,000.00 that the plas validly issued to Dft Angela Ford as a result of the garnishment order. (3) Relief requested by Dft Angela For d in her 52 Cross Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED, insofar as she requests relief from Holly Gallion's claim to the past periodic payment of $135,000.00 issued to PF Judgment Escrow Acct but DENIED in all other aspects. (4) Within 5 days, the parties are DIRECTED to confer and file with the Court proposals for the distribution of the suspended and future periodic payments, consistent with the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order.
