It is incumbent on Aetna to conduct its analysis of Mr. Bishop's claim in an acceptable manner. Accordingly, the Court HEREBY ORDERS that Aetna's decision to terminate benefits is REVERSED and REMANDED for further consideration consistent with the reasoning of this opinion.
