OPINON AND ORDER: The Court hereby ORDERS as follows: 1. The defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction 47 is GRANTED; 2. this matter is DISMISSED and STRICKEN from the Court's active docket; 3. the plaintiffs c laims against the defendants are DISMISSED without prejudice 4. all pending motions in this matter are DENIED as moot; 5. the documents filed at DE 74 -1 contain personal identifiers. The Clerk of Court SHALL FILE the documents under seal. Within 7 days of the entry of this order, defendants SHALL FILE redacted copies of the document & the Clerk SHALL SUBSTITUTE the redacted documents for the unreacted documents at DE 74-1; and 6. a judgment consistent with this opinion will be entered.
