(2) Dft Englert Inc.'s 4 Motion to Stay the Action Pending Arbitration is GRANTED in part, and DENIED in part. Pla LeafGuard of Kentuckian a, Inc.'s claims against Dft Englert Inc. are STAYED, pending the completion of arbitration proceedings. (3) Pla is required to prosecute all of its claims arising out of the Distributor Agreement in accordance with the terms of the arbitration provision of that document. The claims and counterclaims between the Pla, Dft LeafGuard of Kentucky, LLC and Dft John Chambers remain pending in this Court until resolution of motions for summary judgment.
