June 25, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 12 OPINION & ORDER: III. Conclusion Accordingly, the Court holds that substantial evidence supports the ALJs finding that Plaintiff has not been under a disability as defined by the Social Security Act since the date herapplication was filed. Since the ALJs decision applies the correct legal standards and is supported by substantial evidence, the Court must uphold it. See Warner, 375 F.3d at 390. Signed by Judge Karen K.
