MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1. To extent Morel's Complaint requests appointment of counsel #1 , that request is DENIED. 2. Morel's claims against Dfts Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and USP-Big Sandy are DISMISSED with prejudice and Dfts are DISMISSED as parties. 3. Clerk directed to prepare five (5) "Service Packets" for service upon USA, Dfts Correctional Officer N. Tussey, Nurse Tracy Goble, Lieutenant K. Pearce, and Correctional Officer J. Adams. Each Service Packet include: a. completed summons form; b. Complaint (R. #1 ); c. Order; and d. completed USM Form 285. 4. Clerk deliver Service Packets to USMS in Lexington, KY and note date of delivery on docket. 5. USMS serve USA by sending Service Packet by certified or registered mail to Civil Process Clerk at US Attorney for EDKY, and US Attorney General in Washington, D.C. 6. USMS shall personally serve Dfts Correctional Officer N. Tussey, Nurse Tracy Goble, Lieutenant K. Pearce, and Correctional Officer J. Adams at USP-Big Sandy through arrangement with Federal BOP. 7. Morel must immediately advise Clerk's Office of any change in his current mailing address. Failure may result in dismissal of case. 8. If Morel wishes to seek relief from Court, he must do so by filing a formal motion sent to Clerk's Office. Every motion Morel files must include a written certification that he mailed copy to dfts or their counsel and state date of mailing.
