September 19, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 26 MEMORANDUM OPINION..this cause will be reversed and remanded to the ALJ in order for the ALJ to properly evaluate and weigh the medical opinion evidence; formulate a new mental residual functional capacity for Plaintiff based on the medical evidence in the record, and further develop the medical record if necessary; and then to continue with the next steps of the sequentialevaluation process.
