Morley, Jr., REM Holdings 3, LLC, Square, Inc., Jack Dorsey, and James McKelvey, Jr., by and through their undersigned counsel, have filed a Stipulation for Dismissal to advise the Court that all matters, controversies, and claims made by and between all parties in these consolidated actions, including all counterclaims, have been fully and finally settled and compromised. Accordingly, pursuant to Federal Rule of CivilProcedure 41(a)(1(A)(ii), it is hereby ORDERED that both consolidated matters are dismissed in their entirety, with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs, with the exception that this Court's order of March 16, 2011, imposing sanctions remains in effect, in part, as per this Court's separate order of this date.
