March 21, 2014	Filing 7 ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs Motion for Approval of Stipulation for Costs and Security for Value and Directing Issuance of Notice and Restraining Suits is DENIED without prejudice. Doc. 2 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that by April 21, 20 14, plaintiff shall deposit with the Court either the sum required by the previously filed Stipulation and Affidavit of James Pritchard and the applicable provisions of Rule F, or security therefor in a form acceptable to the Clerk of the Cour t. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that by April 21, 2014, plaintiff shall file a motion for the issuance of notice to claimants, which shall: (1) recite plaintiffs compliance with the Courts security requirements, (2) contain plaintiffs proposed language for such a notice and a detailed proposal for the means of publication of such a notice, and (3) list every person known to have made any claim against the plaintiff or the vessel at issue arising out of the incident on which the claims soug ht to be limited arose. In all applicable respects, plaintiffs proposal shall comply with the requirements of Rule F(4) of the Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall send a copy of both its proposed Notice and proposed Order, in a word processing format, to the Courts proposed orders mailbox at www.MOED_Proposed_Orders@moed.uscourts.gov, and identify the email in the subject line by case name and number (including judges initials) and the documents to which it pertains.
