The motion is denied as to property previously sent to Petitioner or destroyed and as to copies of files retained by Respondent which relate to Petitioners criminal case. The Motion is denied with respect to copies of files from Petitioners electronic devices which are not related to Petitioners criminal case or which are not illegal.
