FURTHER ORDERED that 165 Motion to Leave to Amend Complaint is DENIED. Lasko has until April 16, 2015, to file a new motion for leave to file a proposed second amended complaint to state any or all of the five cla ims enumerated on lines 7-9 of page 13 of this order he believes he can state against Internists only, as all other defendants have now been dismissed from this case.
