IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk shall detach said Complaint and file Nunc Pro Tunc as of 3/18/2011 and issue summons as to defendants and deliver same to USM. The Clerk shall send plaintiff copies of the complaint and forms USM-285 for each defe ndant. Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days in which to furnish the USM the forms USM-285.
