The Bristol defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED as to co unt 1, insofar as it arises out of the lack of probable cause or the alleged interrogation of the Mlodzinskis, but otherwise DENIED as to that count; and GRANTED as to counts 2, 3, and 4. The CNHSOU defendants' motion for summary judgment is GR ANTED as to count 6 as to all defendants but Cormier, Arell, Richard Tyler, and Christopher Tyler, as to whom it is DENIED; GRANTED as to count 7 (which alleges Cormier's liability for common-law false arrest and imprisonment); and GRANTED as to count 8 insofar as it alleges the CNHSOU's vicarious liability for the false arrest and imprisonment, but DENIED as to count 8 insofar as it alleges the CNHSOU's vicarious liability for the assault and battery. The following defendants are terminated from the case: the Town of Bristol, Steven Henry, Bill Jolly, Matt Culver, Rick Paulsen, Brad Sargent, Stephen Adams, Scott Thompson, Todd Eck, and Shawn O'Keefe.
