Filing 10 TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon a pre-motion conference letter [Dkt. No. 8], filed by Defendants DuPont De Nemours, Inc. and Michael Pollock Defendants. Having reviewed the parties submissions, including Plaintiff Matthew Carcanagues response [Dkt. No. 9], this Court finds that there is a possibility that the District of Delaware may be a more appropriate forum for this action. Therefore, the parties are hereby ORDERED to show cause as to whether this Court should transfer this case to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). The parties shall submit briefing on this issue, with an analysis of the public and private factors set forth in Jumara v. State Farm Ins.
