Plaintiffs claim that defendants unlawfully developed and fraudulently induced plaintiffs to engage in a tax shelter, known as the Digital Options Strategy, by intentionally lying, hiding crucial information and also by assuring them that the strategy would pass IRS scrutiny if they were ever audited.
