Filing 2 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER that the Clerk of the Court shall ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATE this case, without filing the complaint or assessing a filing fee. The Clerk shall forward Petitioner a blank habeas petition formAO 241 (modified):DNJ-Habeas-008( Rev.01-2014) and a blank form Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis in a Habeas Corpus Case, for use by a prisoner. If Petitioner wishes to reopen this case, he shall so notify the Court, in writing addressed to the Clerk of the Court within 30 days of the date of entry of this Memorandum and Order. Petitioners writing shall include a complete, signed habeas petition on the appropriate form and either the $5 filing fee or a complete in forma pauperis application. Upon receipt of a w riting from Petitioner stating that he wishes to reopen this case; a complete, signed petition; and either the $5 filing fee or a complete informa pauperis application, the Clerk will be directed to reopen this case; etc. Signed by Judge Jose L.
