Accordingly, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1631, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is transferred to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Because the government has waived the seven-day waiting period required by Local Civil Rule 83.1, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the case shall be transferred immediately. (See Doc. No. 7 at 9 n.3.)
