No. 15) to amend her Complaint is DENIED as moot; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs state law breach of contract claim is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3); and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiffs Complaint (Dkt.
