Filing 18 DECISION AND ORDER granting # 11 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff's claims under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the Rehabilitation Act, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendants Drumm and Board of Trustees in their individual an d official capacities are DISMISSED;. Plaintiffs ADA claim against Defendant BCC, retaliation claim under the Rehabilitation Act against Defendant BCC, and NYSHRL claim against Defendant BCC are DISMISSED. The following of Plaintiff's claims SU RVIVE Defendants' motion: Plaintiff's claims under Title VII, the Rehabilitation Act, the ADEA, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Defendant BCC. The deadline to file any dispositive motions is 1/11/16, pursuant to Magistrate Judge Peebles' Text Order (Dkt. No. 17 ) dated 7/23/15.
