CONSENT JUDGMENT AND DECREE: in favor of Brookelynne Designs, LLC and 2 Monkey Trading, LLC., against Benjamin International., Inc., the Court hereby dismisses the claims asserted by the parties against each other with prejudice and with their consen t, except as included in the settlement agreement, the parties waive their rights to damages, costs and/or attorney's fees associated with their claims against each other as noted herein. The parties waive all rights to appeal from entry of this Consent Judgment and Decree. The Court maintains personal jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter jurisdiction for the purposes of enforcing the terms of this Consent Judgment and Decree and for the period until all sums payable under the settlement agreement are paid in full. The parties agree that this consent judgment shall be entered into without findings of fact and conclusions of law having been made and entered by the Court. Signed by Judge Glenn T.
