JUDGMENT DISMISSING ACTION BY REASON OF SETTLEMENT: It is Ordered that this action is hereby DISMISSED in its entirety without prejudice to re-opending within 30 days if the settlement is not consummated, the dismissal will then become with prejudice on the 31st day unless any party moves to re-open the action.
